One of the key assertions in REVISING REALITY: Dark Matter doesn’t exist.
A recent article in the NEW YORK TIMES hints that the scientists at CERN are not finding the particles they’ve been searching for. IT’S DARK TIMES FOR DARK MATTER. Or so it seems.

This was one of the key points my co-author Anthony Patch made (with a little help from me) in our book, REVISING REALITY: A BIBLICAL LOOK INTO THE COSMOS. [The book is available in paperback or eBook (AMAZON KINDLE $7.55) @ https://www.amazon.com/Revising-Reality-Biblical-Look-Cosmos-ebook/dp/B01MA27611/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1498240070&sr=8-1&keywords=revising+reality].
In summary:
CERN has been touting the notion of “supersymmetry” for many years, but so far, the expected results haven’t materialized. The discovery of the so-called “God Particle” (the Higgs-boson) has not had an encore for years and this leads many at CERN to worry that their theory may be bogus.
BELOW is a key section of the lengthy article found HERE. If you read REVISING REALITY, you likely will want to read the entire article. But here is the essential portion if you are pressed for time:
It’s been five years and more than seven quadrillion collisions of protons since 2012 when the (Large Hadron) collider (LHC, at CERN) discovered the Higgs boson, the particle that explains why some other elementary particles have mass. That achievement completed an edifice of equations called the Standard Model, ending one significant chapter in physics.
A 2015 bump in the collider data hinted at a new particle, inspiring a flood of theoretical papers before it disappeared into the background noise as just another fluke of nature.
But since then, the silence from the frontier has been ominous.
“The feeling in the field is at best one of confusion and at worst depression,” Adam Falkowski, a particle physicist at the Laboratoire de Physique Théorique d’Orsay in France, wrote recently in an article for the science journal Inference.
“These are difficult times for the theorists,” Gian Giudice, the head of CERN’s theory department, said. “Our hopes seem to have been shattered. We have not found what we wanted.”
