Spiritual Encounters with Pastor Caspar – Interview February 17, 2016, with Guest S. Douglas Woodward, duration 55 minutes.

I spent a wonderful hour with Pastor Caspar McCloud on February 17, 2016 talking about geopolitical issues and what is happening in the world right now.

Here are a few of the highlights to point the way our discussion went:

• We began talking about the Vatican, the Pope, and the meeting with the Russian Orthodox Church Patriarch, meeting in Cuba. Why right now? The first time that the Pope has meet with the Patriarch in one thousand years. Certainly believe that this meeting, its timing, is not accidental. Is the conspiratorial intent to decide winners and losers? So saith Alex Jones.

• I mentioned the refugee crisis, the Arab Spring, and how the last four years have led to the Next “Great War.”   I then introduced my book, The Next Great War in the Middle East. I explained that I am focused on geopolitics now, getting “back to the basics” of Bible prophecy. But this is so at the center of what is happening right now in the world.

• I branched to the Battle of Gog and Magog in Ezekiel 38-39. At this time, we are seeing how Russia has gotten “drawn in” and trapped into the middle of a war between Sunnis and Shia. Has the Russian Bear been caught in a Bear Trap in Syria? Is the Sunni/Shia feud the “hook in the Jaws” of Gog that draws him into the region and prepares the setting for the future Next Great War?

• I explained the nature of Sunni and Shia… how ISIS was formed and what caused it to come together the way it did. How they took advantage of the U.S. left weapons there. The Baathists officers of Saddam Hussein were orphaned after the U.S. came in and could put them into their hands. Iraqi President Nouri al-Maliki alienated the Sunnis in Western Iraq and increased the animosity between Sunni and Shia.

• We then leapt to the discussion of the movie 13 Hours, the assassination of J. Christopher Stevens in Benghazi on 9-11-2012 and how this was tied into the gun running by the CIA to the rebels in Syria, through Benghazi.

• I discussed PBS’ Frontline Series that has pointed out how dysfunctional U.S. Foreign Policy has been over the past decade and a half (both the Bush and Obama Administration).

• All this moves into the possible beginnings of World War III with the Saudis and Turks talking moving massive conventional weapons and troops into Syria. The issue is attempting to keep the rebel forces alive that are now trapped into the city of Aleppo.

• The threat is that Russia has too few conventional forces there to protect their existing troops. This might force Russia to use tactical nuclear weapons. It would amp up the issue of “the use of WMD” in warfare and breaks the “nuke threshold”. This is the pivotal change in world affairs and would radically change what is transpiring in the Middle East.

• Will something happen to keep the Russians from “going nuclear”? That is where we are right now in this story.

We continued on for another 30 minutes continuing to discuss the place of shadow governments and Operation Paperclip, the escape of Adolf Hitler from the bunker, etc. I let the cat out of the bag, that I have done research on Hitler and prepared enough material to write a book or do a full-length DVD documentary on the subject.

And of course this launched us into the discussion of who is the Antichrist, is the Antichrist Islamic?  Is one person the fulfillment of the Mahdi, the Antichrist, and Gog from the land of Magog?
