Dear Conference Attender:

We need you to be aware of a few things that have come up in the last week.

The Dublin Community Center has been inundated with phone calls from attenders, asking all kinds of questions about the conference & the community. They do not have the staff nor are they responsible to answer those questions, so PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE DUBLIN COMMUNITY CENTER WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONFERENCE. We do not want to irritate our host facility in any way, especially since this is booked with them as a Bible conference.

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO for answers to your questions, please use The Prophecy Forum website for a list of local hotels and the location & map to the Dublin Community Center. You can also call the Dublin Visitors & Convention located at 9 So. High St, Dublin, OH 43017, (614) 792-7666 or your local AAA Auto Club with those types of questions. That IS their job and they would be happy to assist you to answer any questions you may have. The Prophecy Forum has VERY limited volunteer staff, some who are also working full-time jobs and are unable to assist you with those questions.

For those traveling to the conference in their RV — Please do NOT plan to park your RV in the Dublin Community Center parking lot overnight. You will get a visit from the Dublin Police and will either be ticketed or asked to move your RV at a time when it will not be convenient for you to find a place overnight.

In case you were one of the early registrants, you need to be aware that the program begins earlier on Friday, November 14.

Doors will open Friday at 11:00 am and the conference will begin at 1:00 pm.

PLEASE ARRIVE Friday so you have time to check in and receive your lanyard nametag. This must be worn at all times while you are in the building at the conference. Without it you will not be allowed to enter the meeting room.

VERY IMPORTANT — To receive your name tag at registration on Friday you will need to bring your PRINTED TICKET with you to show at the registration desk. Your printed ticket will be traded in for your name tag.

We have also had some adjustments to the speaker line-up due to health and other reasons. So please be praying for Greg Evensen who is awaiting a kidney transplant and whose doctor has advised him not to travel since he has been moved up the list and a kidney could be available at any time. Bill Koenig also will be unable to join us for the conference due to a last minute change.

We cannot issue one-day tickets. If you need a REFUND for a previously purchased ticket go to EVENTBRITE online where you purchased your ticket and follow the directions there for a refund. If you sell your ticket to a friend, make sure to give them your printed ticket to bring with them to show at the registration desk.

All tickets must be purchased on-line using a credit card. If you do not have access to a computer, make your own arrangements to find a friend or family member who does and purchase your ticket using their computer. We cannot accept checks in the mail for registration.

Thank you for understanding and being sensitive to being gracious guests in the Dublin Community and an outstanding Christian testimony to our host facility. We would like to be allowed to rent the facility on other occasions and since one of our members is a Dublin, Ohio resident, we do not want them to be banned from using the facility since their local church currently has it reserved for other conferences next year. In fact, our host church, Fellowship Bible Chapel, has made arrangements to use the facility for a teaching weekend on January 23-24, 2015.
